I have decided to have different roles in our club, something like the EXCO! And to be fair to everybody, we will NOT have any presidents or vice presidents.
Here are the roles:

#001 Blog master [THREE ]
The blog masters is able to gain excess to this blog and also update regularly on current affairs and events.
They are supposed to keep in touch with every member and update the blog weekly.
These people cannot post any entries that has nothing to do with the blog and cannot give ANYBODY the password of this blog.

#002 Events Organizer [TWO heads, THREE members]
The two heads will oversee all the events.
This includes the club outings that happens annually and also monthly meetings.
They will come up with an idea and the three members will create a proposal based on the idea which will be handed in to the two heads.
The three members have to consider the day/time, venue and other relavant details.
The proposal will then be handed to Ms Zeng to review.

#003 Treasurer [TWO]
These people will be in charge of collecting funds for the club.
These funds can be used for our future outings or used for the school events.
They will also have to attend ALL the monthly meetings to collect the funds.

#004 Secretary [TWO]
These two people are supposed to record down details during our meetings.
They can use a laptop of their own or write own a piece of paper.
Prefably, using a laptop.
At least ONE of the two people have to attend the meetings and submit the notes to the blog master.
The blog masters will update the blog according to the notes.

#005 Network Manager [TWO]
These people will be in charge of informing the other members of the upcoming events.
They will have the contacts of all members.

#006 Promotions [TWO]
These people will help to promote our club and gather more people to join this junior alumni.
